Last Updated: August 19, 2026

Hello! This User Privacy Notice explains simply and clearly how Yimu Health Care ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you play our game, Idle Ramen Tycoon, on Google Play. Our main goal is to give you a fantastic gaming experience while keeping your personal data completely safe.

1. How We Collect Your Data

We collect and use your information in a few different ways to keep the game running smoothly. We always put your data security first. Here is exactly what we collect:

1.1 What We Collect Directly When you open or play Idle Ramen Tycoon, our systems automatically notice a few things:

Technical Logs: Your IP address, the time you log in, and basic hardware info.

Device Info: Your phone or tablet model, manufacturer, operating system (Android/Google OS), language, and time zone.

Unique IDs: Special codes tied to your device, like your Google Advertising ID (GAID), Android Device ID, Google Play Games ID, and your main Google account ID.

Play Stats: Your high scores, game progress, achievements, and multiplayer match history.

Purchase Details: What virtual items you buy, how you use in-game currency, and your custom game settings.

1.2 Data From Other Platforms If you choose to log in using a service like Google Play Games, we will securely ask them for basic profile details (like your username). We only do this if you have already agreed to their privacy rules. You can read about how they handle your data right here:

Google Play Games / Google Services: https://policies.google.com/privacy

By using these third-party logins, you promise us that:

You are following their rules and terms of service.

You are old enough to use their service based on your local laws.

2. How We Use Your Information

We only use your data when we have a good, legal reason to do so. Here is why we need it:

To Run the Game & Support You: We use your info to make in-app purchases work, answer your emails, run the game's core features, save your settings, and fix bugs.

The Legal Reason: Under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (contractual necessity), we must process this data to keep our promises in our terms of service and keep the game functioning.

To Improve & Market the Game: We look at how players use the game to build better features, improve our marketing, and send you news about Yimu Health Care.

The Legal Reason: Based on GDPR Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests), we use this data because it helps us grow our business and make the game better for everyone.

To Show Relevant Ads: We share data to show you ads that actually interest you, but only if you’ve allowed ad partners to see your device IDs.

The Legal Reason: Also based on GDPR Article 6(1)(f), this supports our legitimate interest in funding the game through advertising.

3. How Long We Keep Your Data

We only keep your information for as long as we need it to run the game, follow the law, or handle legal issues. Sometimes we have to hold onto certain data longer to resolve disputes, enforce rules, or ensure system security. We also keep anonymous usage stats to see how the game is doing, but we generally delete this very quickly unless we need it for security reasons.

4. Sharing Your Information

To keep things transparent, and in line with GDPR Articles 6(1)(b), 6(1)(c), and 6(1)(f), here is who we might share your data with:

Business Partners: Companies we team up with to run the game or manage our business (only if you approve).

The Authorities: If someone breaks the law or our rules, we may have to share info to protect people, our company, or the public.

Other Players: When you play online or hit a high score, other people will be able to see your username and public stats.
